Payments
To confirm your session, a non-refundable retainer of $50 is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the session date.
A 2-day rush delivery option is available for all sessions at an additional fee of $35.
We accept payments via Apple Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and cash, with a preference for electronic payment methods.
Late Fee
A 10-minute grace period is provided for all sessions. After this period, a late fee of $15 will be applied. For every additional 10-minute interval, an extra $10 will be charged.
Ex:
5 minutes late - No fee
10 minutes late - $15 fee
20 minutes late - $25 fee
Cancellations & Reschedules
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the session to receive a refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the session. Only one reschedule is permitted, and the new session date must be within one month of the original date. If not, the session will be considered cancelled.
